As of April 2020, we can no longer accept returns due to health restrictions. Any items returned will be returned to sender or refused.
Hevla Coffee is manufactured using the highest quality arabica beans. The nature of our business, food products, does not warrant returns. However, exchanges will be accepted for items that were sent in error. We need notification of this within (14) days of Fedex delivered confirmation. The item being returned MUST be in the original package and sealed. A return authorization number can be obtained from us by e-mailing us. No credits or refunds will be given. Any return sent without authorization will not be accepted. The item(s) will be exchanged for the correct product and shipped back immediately at no cost to you.
Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise, such as our free shipping offers. Returns of products where free shipping was offered at the point of sale will be charged the shipping fee if returned for a refund.

Shipping Time and Delivery
Orders ship out within 5-8 business days and are delivered after processing within 5-10 business days by Fedex from our North Carolina roasters.
A confirmation email is sent after ordering if you entered an email address with us. You will receive another confirmation once your card has been charged and another once your order has shipped and we have a tracking number for you.
Please note, We do not ship coffee by US mail, please provide a physical address for shipping. We do not ship outside the United States.
Shipping Costs: Shipping for the 1st lb. is $7.95 and each additional lb. is $.50.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, in addition to delivery time
Economy shipping (Fedex ground) may take 5-14 days for delivery.
Expedited methods (2nd or 3rd day) are also sent by Fedex.

CODs: We’re sorry, we do not accept CODs.
Checks/Money orders: We do accept checks/money orders. You can enter your order online by selecting the payment by check option. After you may send us payment by check or money order to:

We will be able to ship the item(s) once payment received, and cleared by bank (7-14 business days).
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may use any of these forms of payment once you enter your order and are asked for payment.
Over the phone: You may call in your order to us. However, it is better to enter your order online first so that way there is less chance of us getting the order information incorrect. You may order online and select the “call for credit card payment” option. After you have submitted the order you may simply call us at (800) 351-1265 and provide us the credit card number if you don’t wish to give it online. Or, we will call you for it within 24-48 hours if you don’t call us first.

Where products ship from: Our coffee ships from our warehouse in North Carolina; the Hevla coffee is not made or roasted at the Vermont location, and we do not offer pickups or samples.
We currently only sell the products online, to keep our prices as low as we can for our customers.
